Acceptance of New Students at Assalam Islamic Boarding School and Tsanawiyah/Aliyah Subulussalam Madrasah for Academic Year 2024/2025
- Register online or take the registration form offline at the teacher's office
- Depositing files to the Madrasah and filling out Madrasah files takes place in the Teacher's Office
- Filling out the Statement and Agreement Form and Depositing Parenting Files. Oral interviews of prospective students and filling out questionnaires by the students' guardians take place in the teacher's office
- Payments for Madrasah Administration and Care are located at the Teacher's Office or BMT
- Management in the Dormitory is located at the ORSAS Office
- Sowan to the Head and Caretakers of the Assalam Islamic Boarding School
- Academic Potential Test in Class/Exam Room
- Oral Examination Religious material in Class/Exam Room
- Briefing of Guardians and Students together with the Chair of the Assalam Islamic Boarding School Foundation in the Hall
- Briefing of Guardians and Students together with the Chair of the Assalam Islamic Boarding School Foundation in the Hall
Academic Potential Test and Oral Test on Religious Material
- Oral Test on Religious Material (Creed)
- Prayer and Ablution Practice Test
- Al-Qur'an Reading and Tahfidz Test
- Arabic Writing Test (Imla')
- Basic Counting Test
- Indonesian Text Comprehension Test
Registration Conditions
Conditions for Registration of New Students at the Assalam Arya Kemuning Islamic Boarding School and New Students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah/Aliyah for the 2024-2025 Academic Year
1. Students and Parents/Guardians are present at the Subulusssalam Madrasah Office to:
- New/Transfer Student Registration
- Written and Oral Interviews from the Nursing Department
- Completely fill out the Online Registration Form at Madrasah
- Completely fill out the Assalam Islamic Boarding School Agreement and Statement Form with a 10,000 stamp (from the Committee)
2. Submit Files Include:
- Photocopy of Last Legalized Diploma (2 Sheets)
- Photocopy of Graduation Certificate (2 Sheets)
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate (2 Sheets)
- Photocopy of Family Card (2 Sheets)
- Photocopy of Father's and Mother's KTP (1 sheet)
- Submit BPJS/JAMKESDA/JAMKEMAS/ASKES Card if available (1 sheet)
- 3X4 photographs (5 sheets) (men's requirements: wear white clothes and black headpiece, women wear white clothes and white headscarf "photo with red background")
- Proof that the Student Has a NISN Number (National Student Identification Number)
3. Students are able to live in the dormitory provided and within the specified time period
4. Students and Guardians Follow the Guidance of the Guardians of the Santri and Santri Together with the Caregiver and Chair of the Assalam Islamic Boarding School Foundation at a time to be determined later
Additional Provisions for Transfer Students
1. Fulfill the terms and conditions for new student registration as mentioned above
2. Submit additional files including: Tambahan Meliputi:
- Original Report Report from School to Madrasah Secretary
- School Transfer Certificate
- Validation Letter - from the Education Service/Ministry of Religion (KEMENAG).

Notes:
- Registration at the Subulussalam Madrasah Office can be processed during office opening hours, namely: 08.00 in the morning to 14.00 in the afternoon
- Islamic boarding schools provide student scholarships including tuition fees, food costs, water, electricity and dormitories.
- The payments above are returned to students and support the ease of learning and activities of students in care
- Paid at each payment post and adjusted to the Madrasa/BMT Salama office opening schedule (Registration fees may change at any time)
